Very impressive design/graphics work! I like Lance's a lot too, but the JE initials work so beautifully into that shape.

I'm kind of surprised that more luthiers don't use another strong focal point - the soundboard on the upper bout - as a spot to locate an inlaid logo. That is, as long as you do not have an offset soundhole. As Mike Tobey pointed out, bottom heavy logos sort of clash with top heavy headstock shapes. That corner of the upper bout is a clean slate, will work with just about any shape logo, and will get noticed.

John, you know, if you slimmed that logo a bit it would look great as a 12th fret inlay, especially if your board was inlay-free otherwise.
