You guys are scaring me! I just FedEx'd a guitar to Tony today, then came back and read this thread! But, I live in the FedEx world headquarters hometown here in Collierville, TN...I've not heard many complaints from people here, tho they do badmouth UPS every now and then! Michael, I think you have some ground to stand on here...you just have to go far enough up to find someone who is above "blame" and can take responsibility to make your situation right. Sadly, we live in a day where no one takes pride in a job done right and when something goes wrong, the standard practice is to say, "it's not MY fault"!! (I work for an airline where this is the Mantra!). Let us know how it turns out...I may have to switch to the good ol' USPS!

Hesh, I know what you mean...I sent the GC to Tony and it was the first...he made it look as tho I have way more talent than I do! I'm looking forward to him working his alchemy on this one! It's not for a customer per se, tho it will be available on my website...so if the fancy strikes, I may keep it... . We may have to band together and get that dude an email account at the very least! Cool of Jill to be the "candy man" ("person" ?) bringing all those good pix to us!

Michael, don't hold your breath on PayPal. I might be misremembering, but I think that $25 is the number that you have to break for them to take action. Under that and they don't care. Good luck with FedEx. Keep us posted.

Yes I looked into paypal and they are not responsible when it comes to shipping damage or loss.
