Yep, here they are ... so the fence on the jig itself that runs don the right side of the FB when its in, with the toggle calmap on, gives me the required width for a 2 5/16+ FB, assuming I am going to bind it witha maple 25 thou purf line, then 80 thou of ebiny or whatever. You set stop number two first - its the bottom one - this is the final widtha t the nut, less whatever binding you do. Then set stop number one ot half the distance between the number two stop, and the FB fence with the toggle clamp = now you get even cuts of both sides. Remember to flip the FB form one cut to the next or you take the taper twice off one side - looks weird, ask me how I know !!!!

Note that for position 2, the stop has a slight angle to it, to make sure the FB sits down fully on the bottom ledge - the stop set the width - actually stop two is the bottom ledge for the FB to sit on during cut one, with stop one setting the width - see the close up.
It was mentioned in another thread about just making a board with the offset stops - it will work just as well as this, but its only good for one size of fretboard - if you change the nut width, or add a purf line to the binding you need to make another and so on. I plan to make another of these with it permanently set for 1 3/4 nut and my std purf/binding scheme - this one will then be for the custom sizes. Seeing as this year alone I have had to make from 1 11/16 to 2 5/16 nut widths, plus 6 and 7 and 8 string FB end widths, it has more than done its duty !!!
