I am looking for a source to purchase black fiber (not fish paper). This is similar to what Martin uses to cover their truss rods. The material is .032" thick.

I'm pretty sure Michael Gurian has it. Unfortunately, he has a large minimum order as well.

Tim, Grizzly has black fiber binding as well as perfling. Don't know if this would work for ya but here is the link.
