o.k so Carlton got it right.
but i cant help but wonder if you knew the oud or did you just do the math - it being me posting the pics, having said in the not so distant past that i m arranging a meeting with Boaz and the fact that Boaz has a similar oud showing on his site?

any way, ive been there and once my brother stops playing the intro solos to "shine on you crazy diamond" which he's been doing for the past 4 hours, ill take over the pc in his room (to which i downloaded all the pics i took at Boaz' workshop) and ill take you guys on a short tour.

I didn't know anything about him building an oud, but yes, I did remember you mentioning a planned visit to his shop. That, combined with the fact that Elkayam does beautiful work that always includes unusual details, led me to my brilliant conclusion. Looking forward to more photos. Thanks, Udi!
