Her it is fellas, my new Craftsman bandsaw, 8 1/2" resaw capacity with 1 hp unit, cast iron wheels and dual dust port and the fence was included in the price, it is very sturdy and i love the way it's built!

Here are a few pics of my cadillac!

It was really a breeze to assemble albeit there was one drawing in the instructions that needed my using of those bi-focals but other than that it went smooth.

Serge,

Way to go! That looks like a fairly serious bs, especially considering that it has the C-word on it!

I have one of their new table saws that is also a surprise for a Craftsman.

Have fun!

Thanks Pat, i will give it a good run before assessing of it's overall quality but i feel pretty confident that it will do well for what i'll use it for.

Tres bien mon ami! You will be in resaw heaven!

Can you bring it out to Bob's -- I've got a section of an African Blackwood log I need to resaw for Archtop tailpieces and finger rests?

Hey, that is the one I bought. I love mine Serge, and I really think you will, too. I use both dust ports, and the dust collection is just great.

Congrats on the good buy.
